The coroner's concerns
1. vehicles accelerating on straight before bend without chevron sign
“Miss [name redacted] received fatal injuries in a road traffic collision on the B5013 at Willslock nr Uttoxeter on 11 May 2013. She was driving in a southerly direction and crashed on a bend. I enclose a photograph showing the approach to the bend in the direction that she travelled. I am not aware of other fatalities on this bend but at the inquest I heard that there had been a lot of collisions at the site. I was also told that on this stretch of road, works have been done on other locations but not”
