Stated action · end of April

“Care The Health Board fully accepts that protecting hospital patients from falls and the related harm is the responsibility of the entire multidisciplinary team, both registered and non-registered staff. It is clear from the death of Mr [name redacted], and other serious incidents where hospital patients have fallen,”
